YouTube Video Editor

Role Overview:
As our in-house YouTube Video Editor, you’ll be responsible for assembling, editing, and enhancing vlog clips into engaging long-form videos for YouTube. This role requires a strong sense of pacing, attention to narrative flow, and a deep understanding of YouTube content styles, especially within the influencer and lifestyle space.

Responsibilities:

Organize, review, and edit raw vlog footage into 10–30+ minute long-form videos

Create seamless storylines from loosely structured or spontaneous clips

Add music, sound effects, graphics, captions, and other elements to enhance the final product

Maintain consistency with the creator’s voice, tone, and style

Collaborate with managers, social media teams, and creators for feedback and revisions

Stay up to date with YouTube trends and best practices for engagement and retention

Deliver videos on a weekly or biweekly schedule (as determined)
