R&D Analytical Intern - Summer 2025

We’re looking for an R&D Analytical Intern to join our team on-site in Princeton, NJ, starting immediately and continuing through Summer 2025. This role begins as a part-time position during the academic semester, with the opportunity to transition into full-time hours once summer break begins. For the right candidate, this role could potentially lead to a permanent full-time position. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

 

Your responsibilities: 

  • Assist in physical specification testing (e.g., appearance, pH, density...)
  • Support instrument analysis including GC and UPLC under supervision.
  • Prepare samples and solutions following standard procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lab.
  • Record data accurately and support basic documentation tasks.
  • Verify that lab equipment is functioning properly by performing and documenting maintenance, calibration and verification to ensure product testing results are accurate.
  • Perform extraction, distillation, dilution…
  • Conduct GC-MS, GC-FID, UPLC testing…
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative testing of flavors, RTDs

 

Your profile: 

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of chemical handling and lab techniques
  • Effective communicator and collaborative team player 
  • Able to take direction and work independently when needed
