Salary: $52,000 base + guaranteed bonuses

At TCG Renovations, we bring quality and expertise to the multi-family industry delivering consistent results with a focus on professionalism and client satisfaction. Our sister company, Scioto Floor & Design, is launching soon and will specialize in elegant wall paneling, backsplashes, countertops, and flooring solutions that elevate any space in multi-family apartments. 

We’re looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team. You'll begin by focusing on sales for TCG Renovations and expand into a dual role that includes both sales and marketing for Scioto Floor & Design as the company launches.

What You’ll Do:

Manage incoming leads and generate new business for TCG Renovations

Build relationships with property managers and developers

Understand client needs

Track and manage your pipeline using CRM tools

Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth project execution

As Scioto Floor & Design launches, take on sales responsibilities for flooring and wall panel product lines

Attend site visits, trade shows, and networking events as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of professional work experience (sales or marketing experience preferred)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Self-starter with a go-getter attitude

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Familiar with the multi-family industry is a plus

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Compensation & Benefits:

$52,000 base salary
