Member Experience Specialist

Job Summary

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the go-to person at the heart of a vibrant martial arts school. You’ll manage daily operations, support member communication, assist with events, and ensure everything runs smoothly using Spark Membership CRM software. This is an on-site, part-time position based in Milton, MA, with working hours from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

Management of Spark CRM Software:

  • Weekly Newsletter: Craft, schedule, and send weekly newsletters to our subscribers.
  • Event Promotions: Create and send specific event email promotions routinely prior to events. And Create Check out Pages
  • Bi-weekly Spark Zoom Meetings: Coordinate and attend bi-weekly Spark Zoom meetings, followed by summarizing discussions and action items for the Leadership Team.
  • Social Media Collaboration: Work closely with social media managers to promote external events.

Customer Relationship Management (Also in Spark CRM Software):

  • Lead Follow-Up: Follow up on leads to nurture and convert them into trial bookings or memberships.
  • Courtesy Calls: Make courtesy calls/texts to clients prior to their booked trial sessions.
  • Post-Trial Follow-Up: Follow up with clients after their trial sessions to gather feedback and encourage membership sign-ups.
  • Membership Sign-Ups: Assist clients with the membership sign-up process.

System Monitoring and Updates(Also in Spark CRM Software):

  • Automations: Monitor and update automations within the Spark CRM software as needed.
  • New Member Maximizer: Ensure the New Member Maximizer Function is operating efficiently.

Communications and Promotions:

  • Engage with parents, manage equipment sales, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the program space, fostering a positive environment.
  • PTOs, Parks & Recs: Communicate with Parent-Teacher Organizations, Parks & Recreation departments, and other organizations to share information about our events and promotions.
  • Event and Flash Sales: Send out notifications about events and flash sales to current contacts.

Meetings and Check-Ins:

  • Bi-Weekly Zoom Check-Ins: Conduct weekly Zoom check-ins with Master Brown.
  • Monthly Leadership Team Meetings: Participate in monthly meetings with the Leadership Team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM software (preferably Spark CRM) and email marketing tools.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using Zoom and other virtual meeting platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week

  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
