
Office Assistant
Petro Works Products is an specialty automotive shop that provides parts, service and repairs for Suzuki Samurai, Sidekick, and GEO tracker vehicles. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled full-time Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant is an essential member of our team, providing administrative support, interfacing with customers, and assisting team members. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and directing customers via phone, email, and in person
- Fulfilling online orders from our internet store
- Processing and recording invoices and payments
- Managing merchandise and core returns
- Tracking inventory and supplies
- Scheduling and contacting customers regarding in house service and repairs
- Assist with marketing products
- Keeping social media up to date
- As well as other duties as assigned to help work as a unified team
Basic qualifications include:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Computer experience - proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Familiarity with social media
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain organized files, schedules, and office spaces
- Auto parts knowledge is a plus
