The Opportunity

This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone looking to build their career in tech while contributing to meaningful projects. You'll work directly with our lead consultant as part of a small, experienced team helping small businesses run more efficiently. You won’t just be handed a task list — you’ll be encouraged to contribute ideas, take ownership, and grow with us. There’s plenty to learn here, and the work is hands-on. You’ll build skills that will serve you well long-term, all while solving real problems for real people.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with our consultants to set up, customize, and support third-party software tools for our clients
  • Build custom integrations and automations that help clients work more efficiently
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and help keep everything running smoothly
  • Take ownership of assigned support tickets and client requests
  • Stay organized across multiple projects and keep the team informed along the way

 

Must-haves in a Candidate

  • Able to manage your time and work effectively in a remote environment
  • Comfortable reading, writing, and understanding, code (JavaScript is a plus)
  • Quick to pick up new tools and concepts
  • Clear and concise writing, especially for technical documentation

 

Nice to Have in a Candidate

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
    Experience building or updating websites, apps, scripts, or other software tools.
    Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, or automation platforms like Zapier
    Experience communicating with clients or customers
    Exposure to CRM platforms like Zoho, Hubspot, or Salesforce

 

The Details

  • Full-time, salaried role: $50,000–$65,000 per year depending on experience
  • 100% Remote, must reside and work in Michigan (see Additional Requirements)
  • 3 weeks paid vacation, plus sick time
