Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails, including Pisco-based drinks
- Maintain a clean and organized bar, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage bar inventory, restocking and prepping as needed
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Stay up to date on menu offerings and be able to suggest drink pairings
Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ years of bartending experience in a fast-paced, upscale or casual-fine dining environment
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail preparation techniques
- Familiarity with Peruvian ingredients and cocktails (Pisco Sour, Chilcano, etc.) is a big plus
- Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess any required local certifications
Preferred Skills:
- Passion for Latin American culture and mixology
- Creative flair and interest in contributing to seasonal cocktail development
- Basic knowledge of Spanish
- Familiarity with bar tools and mixology trends
