Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails, including Pisco-based drinks
• Maintain a clean and organized bar, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
• Provide exceptional customer service, engaging guests with warmth and professionalism
• Manage bar inventory, restocking and prepping as needed
• Process payments accurately and efficiently using the POS system
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Stay up to date on menu offerings and be able to suggest drink pairings

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years of bartending experience in a fast-paced, upscale or casual-fine dining environment
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail preparation techniques
• Familiarity with Peruvian ingredients and cocktails (Pisco Sour, Chilcano, etc.) is a big plus
• Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess any required local certifications

Preferred Skills:

• Passion for Latin American culture and mixology
• Creative flair and interest in contributing to seasonal cocktail development
• Basic knowledge of Spanish
• Familiarity with bar tools and mixology trends
