Executive Assistant
We are looking for an individual who would like to take on an exciting and demanding role, with the opportunity for professional growth and advancement.
Specific job responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):
- Overall responsibility for the management of the office of the President
- Managing President’s calendar, e-mail, and all related correspondence (organization and drafting)
- Managing/directing all incoming calls to ensure highest level of service to Fischer clients and prospects.
- Managing all aspects of internal and external meetings to include: agendas, lodging, itineraries, material preparation, catering arrangements, attendee hosting, etc.
- Booking travel arrangements
- Maintaining effective professional interactions with clients, internal colleagues, brokerage team, and prospects
- Preparing, reconciling, and submitting expense reports
- Maintaining confidential files
- Conducting high-level research to gather company information and contact biographies
- Building processes to drive efficiency in planning, reporting, and communicating within the team
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks such as organizing team supplies, filing, distributing mail, ensuring common work areas are clean and presentable, and handling certain personal tasks.
