🌸 We’re Hiring: Lead Sales Associate: Full-Time & part-time 🌸
Sapotille is expanding and opening its first permanent store in the U.S., right on Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach!
We’re looking for someone special to help bring this exciting new chapter to life.

As a Lead Sales Associate, you’ll be a trusted presence in the boutique: someone the team and clients can count on to carry the Sapotille experience with care and confidence. You’ll guide the sales team, create meaningful connections with our clientele, and help maintain a joyful, welcoming environment true to the spirit of the brand.

You’ll also have the chance to work closely with the founder and share your ideas as we continue building something beautiful and intentional together. We value initiative, creativity, and a collaborative mindset.

✨ What you'll do:
– Deliver an exceptional client experience, infused with authenticity and warmth
– Support, train, and uplift other sales associates
– Play a key role during peak times and help maintain smooth daily operations
– Take initiative, bring ideas, and contribute to Sapotille’s growth

💡 We’re looking for someone who:
– Has experience leading or mentoring a team (as a key holder, shift lead, or similar)
– Is reliable, organized, and a natural communicator
– Loves connecting with people and building client relationships
– Is proactive, solution-oriented, and brings a positive attitude
– Is available for weekend and evening shifts, and can cover when needed
– Feels excited about growing with a purpose-driven, independent brand

💵 Compensation:
– $18–$25/hour, depending on experience
– Daily bonuses based on store performance
– Full-time role with priority hours and flexible scheduling
