Position Type: Federal Work Study And Non-Work Study

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Assist in maintaining the Lab computers and printers within the Cybersecurity & Information Academic area.
  • Assist end-users with computer issues, provide tutoring on technical lab assignments.
  • Produce reports on the status of deployed equipment and current inventory.
  • Assist Director of the Center for Cybersecurity & Intelligence Studies on various projects.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Technical knowledge of labs, strong oral and written communication

Physical Requirements:

  • Flexible

Anticipated Schedule: 

  • Between 9am-6pm Monday-Friday
