Youth Sports Program Coach

These coaching roles are part time and we can work around your school or work schedules to customize a working situation that best fits what you’re looking for.

Responsibilities - Your Playbook!

As a Program Coach, you will:
• Be a great communicator, syncing up with fellow Coaches and managers.
• Assist with program planning and implementation.
• Help set up equipment and ensure the programs run smoothly
• Lead instruction with a group of participants, creating a fun and dynamic experience.
• Cultivate a positive environment for all participants.

Work Schedule - Where Fun Meets Function!
• Fall/Winter/Spring Seasons: Classes held afternoons, evenings, and weekends (once per week, 4-8 weeks) and typically stacked so you have the option to coach for a few hours in a single shift.
• Summer Camp Season: Dive into one or more camp formats Monday through Friday, 9 am-12 pm, 1am-4 pm, or 9 am-3 pm.

• Responsible and committed to following through on assignments.
• Desire to build experience in youth development and teaching sports.
• Passion for and interest in developing leadership skills.
• Reliable Source of Transportation.
• Multi-sport background (preferred but not required).
• Some experience working with kids (preferred but not required).
• Some experience coaching youth sports (preferred but not required).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 30 per week
