The Middleton-Cross Plains Area School District is seeking an Associate Principal who provides leadership at the high school level to help create and maintain a positive school culture and an equitable and just environment for all members of the school community during a time of significant change. The associate principals assist the high school principals in the following general areas: providing vision and direction; inspiring, supporting, and supervising students and staff members, including formally evaluating faculty members; managing building operations and maintaining safety; and administering district policy.
