About the Opportunity:

This is an incredible opportunity for those with sales experience in real estate, new home construction, or related fields.

What You’ll Do:

• Proactively prospect new leads and work with local Realtors, lenders, and title officers
• Guide customers through the sales process with consultative selling and exceptional service
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to construction
• Present quotes and maintain accurate sales reports
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching to sharpen your skills

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, real estate, or construction (preferred)
• Familiarity with custom home design and construction is a plus
• Ability to read construction plans and documentation is an asset
• Bilingual skills are a plus

Other Information:

• 100% commission-based (1099 Independent Contractor)
• Hybrid work model: combine remote work with local client visits and some time in the office
