Customer Service Coordinator
Job description
Responsibilities:
· Answering a large volume of incoming calls from customers and clients, providing information on services.
. Working in a fast paced, busy office environment.
· Communicate with customers to provide a tailored and supportive service, answering any questions and addressing any concerns.
· Collaborate with other team members to ensure that customer needs are met.

· Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Wage:
The starting wage is £22,550 annually.
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Weekends
