## Opportunity Overview
We're seeking visionary undergraduate and graduate students with innovative ideas for purpose-driven nonprofit organizations. If you have a compelling concept to address a social challenge but aren't sure how to bring it to life, Voice Up's Nonprofit Incubator Program provides the structure, mentorship, and resources you need to succeed.

**Position Type:** 100% Remote, 100% Flexible
**Participation Options:** Academic Credit, Volunteer, or Potential Stipend
**Duration:** 6-month incubator program

## Program Components
- **Nonprofit Formation Support:** Guidance through the legal establishment process, including fiscal sponsorship options to enable immediate tax-deductible donations
- **Purpose Refinement:** Structured exercises to clarify and amplify your organization's mission
- **Strategic Planning:** Development of a comprehensive operational roadmap
- **Funding Foundations:** Training in grant writing, donor development, and sustainable funding models
- **Network Building:** Connection to Voice Up's global community of purpose-driven leaders
- **Marketing & Outreach:** Support for building your brand and reaching your target communities
- **Measurement Framework:** Tools to track your impact and demonstrate success
- **Weekly Mentorship:** Regular check-ins with experienced nonprofit leaders (approximately 20 minutes)

## Ideal Candidates
- Current undergraduate or graduate students (in any field of study)
- Passionate individuals with innovative ideas to address social challenges
- Self-motivated leaders able to work independently in a remote environment
- Commitment to following through on program requirements over the 6-month period
- Strong communication skills and openness to feedback and coaching
- Desire to create lasting impact through nonprofit leadership
