
Marketing Assistant
Seatown FC is seeking a creative and organized Marketing Assistant to support our community outreach and branding efforts. We’re looking for someone passionate about youth development and sports, who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to help grow the presence of Seatown FC in the local community and beyond.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and scheduling of content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Support the development of marketing materials including flyers, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
- Help manage the academy’s website updates and email communications.
- Capture photo and video content during practices, games, and events.
- Contribute ideas for brand visibility and community engagement strategies.
- Track analytics and engagement metrics to support growth.
Experience:
- Experience or studies in Marketing, Communications, or related fields (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe, or similar).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A passion for youth sports, storytelling, and community work.
Commitment:
- 4–6 hours per week, flexible scheduling.
- Occasional weekend availability for coverage of events or matches.
- Hybrid role: in-person at Moshier Park (430 S 156th St, Burien, WA 98148) + remote work.
Compensation:
- Monthly stipend based on experience and commitment.
