The role…
The Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Summer Intern will support process improvement efforts by analyzing sales order data to identify inefficiencies and reduce errors. This hands-on role offers experience in data analysis, process mapping, and driving operational improvements, all while working closely with the BPR team to improve customer satisfaction.
How you’ll make an impact…
- Review and validate sales order data to identify and categorize causes of delays.
- Use translation tools and coordinate with sales teams to ensure data accuracy.
- Clean and organize data for analysis and visualization.
- Perform Pareto analysis and create charts/graphs to highlight key issues.
- Support Qlik reporting by documenting data flows and creating process diagrams.
- Assist in implementing issue tracking and process improvements in SAP.
- Explore potential machine learning use cases for predicting order issues.
- Document findings and present progress reports to the BPR team.
What do you bring…
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Qliksense).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in business process improvement and data-driven decision-making.
- Basic understanding of statistical analysis (Pareto analysis).
- Familiarity with SAP systems (a plus, but not required).
