The role…

The Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Summer Intern will support process improvement efforts by analyzing sales order data to identify inefficiencies and reduce errors. This hands-on role offers experience in data analysis, process mapping, and driving operational improvements, all while working closely with the BPR team to improve customer satisfaction.

How you’ll make an impact…

• Review and validate sales order data to identify and categorize causes of delays.
• Use translation tools and coordinate with sales teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Clean and organize data for analysis and visualization.
• Perform Pareto analysis and create charts/graphs to highlight key issues.
• Support Qlik reporting by documenting data flows and creating process diagrams.
• Assist in implementing issue tracking and process improvements in SAP.
• Explore potential machine learning use cases for predicting order issues.
• Document findings and present progress reports to the BPR team.

What do you bring…

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Qliksense).  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in business process improvement and data-driven decision-making.
• Basic understanding of statistical analysis (Pareto analysis).
• Familiarity with SAP systems (a plus, but not required).
