Under the direct supervision of the Equity and Accessibility Management Services Division (EAMSD) Staff Services Manager II Programs Manager, the Staff Services Analyst (SSA) is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to leadership and all EAMSD programs (Language Access, Limited Examination and Appointment Program (LEAP), Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Workforce Analysis (WFA), Discrimination Complaint Tracking System (DCTS), EEO Academy, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
