Position Overview

We are seeking passionate and dependable Early Childhood Teachers to join our team! The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about working with young children, committed to fostering positive relationships, and eager to contribute to a supportive and dynamic teaching environment.

Responsibilities

Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities.

Support the emotional, social, and cognitive development of each child.

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming classroom environment.

Observe and document children’s growth, behavior, and learning.

Communicate effectively with families and team members.

Promote positive guidance techniques and respectful interactions.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.

CDA (Child Development Associate) or Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred (or willing to obtain).

Experience working with children ages 0-5 preferred.

Strong communication, patience, and collaboration skills.

Must pass background checks and required clearances 

(FBI Clearance, Child Abuse Clearance, State Criminal Clearance, Sex Offender, Mandated Child Abuse Training, Health Assessment, TB Test, CPR/First Aid & Fire Safety Training) .
