We’re looking for a driven and personable Wireless Sales Associate to join our inside sales team. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers in-store to match them with the best products and services to fit their needs. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend the best solutions
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge on promotions
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with team members to hit store-wide goals and ensure an excellent customer experience
