🎤 Job Title: Publicist Assistant (Remote, Part-Time)

🕒 10–15 hrs/week | Flexible Schedule | Paid Role

🌍 Location: Remote (U.S.-based preferred)

 

We’re looking for a whip-smart  Publicity Assistant to support a fast-rising media figure and conservative thought leader frequently seen on Fox News, Newsmax, etc., as they expand their national presence. You’ll work closely with a team to coordinate interviews, pitch stories, develop media strategies, and help shape public perception — one headline at a time.

 

💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Research and build targeted media lists (TV, radio, podcasts, digital)
  • Track political trends and breaking news to support timely media pitches
  • Coordinate interviews, appearances, and scheduling
  • Draft bios, one-sheets, press kits, and pitch emails
  • Monitor media coverage and compile reports
  • Manage social media presence (helping to draft X threads, boost followers, etc)
  • Assist in managing the public figure’s online presence and engagement
  • Collaborate on the weekly editorial calendar (columns, soundbites, clips)

  • Have a strong sense of discretion and professionalism

 

🎯 Bonus Points (but not required):

  • Experience with media outreach or PR tools (e.g., Muck Rack, Cision)
  • Familiarity with conservative media outlets and influencers
  • Background in comms, journalism, or political science
  • Social media savvy (especially Twitter/X)
