We’re looking for a motivated Sales Intern who’s eager to gain hands-on sales experience, build skills, and earn commission-based income.
Job Summary:
This role is perfect for someone who is looking to break into sales and the real estate industry. You'll connect with warm and hot leads, set appointments, shadow experienced sales reps/the CEO, and eventually take your own calls to close deals. **Potential to grow into a full time position
What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound calls to warm and hot leads to schedule appointments
- Shadow sales appointments and participate in calls to develop key selling skills
- Take ownership of some sales calls and work towards closing deals
- Build rapport with real estate professionals and help convert leads into clients
- Learn how to present and sell our Transaction Coordinator services to real estate agents and teams
- Learn about sales technology, techniques, and processes
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A self-starter with a desire to learn and grow in sales
- Comfortable on the phone and able to build quick connections
- Interest in real estate is a plus (no license required)
- Must be based in the U.S.
