Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Data Scientist to join our data team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing machine learning models, extracting actionable insights from complex datasets, and working closely with engineering and product teams to deploy data-driven solutions at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms.

Analyze large and complex datasets to discover trends and patterns.

Communicate insights and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Collaborate with data engineers and product managers to implement data-driven features.

Continuously improve models based on performance metrics and real-world feedback.

Requirements:

Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

Proficient in Python or R, with experience in libraries such as scikit-learn, pandas, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

Strong knowledge of statistics, machine learning, and data mining techniques.

Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).

Preferred:

Experience in NLP, computer vision, or time series forecasting.

Background in deploying models to production using APIs or MLOps frameworks.
