🎯 What You'll Do
We’re looking for a passionate, creative, and curious Design Intern to help shape the way people see and experience Thropic. This is a hands-on internship where you’ll create assets seen by thousands of users—while learning how creative impacts growth, engagement, and conversion in real time.

💡 Your Projects Might Include:
Designing marketing creative for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and paid media ads
Helping build and test web pages, landing pages, and user flows
Creating pitch visuals, one-pagers, and decks for brands, nonprofits, and sponsors
Supporting A/B tests for different design approaches across email, web, and ads
Contributing to Thropic’s overall visual language and brand evolution

✨ You’ll Love This Role If You Are:
A current student or recent grad in graphic design, marketing, or a creative field
Proficient in Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva, or other design tools
Excited about using design to tell stories and drive action
Curious about startups, social impact, and gamification
A self-starter who’s not afraid to try, test, and iterate
A team player who can give and receive feedback with grace and humor
