JOB DESCRIPTION 

In this internship, the student will be able to develop knowledge in software development and implementation, process flow mapping and change management to promote sustainable digitalization initiatives.

PRIMARY LEARNING:

Data Management Skills: 
Candidate will learn to compile, organize, and manage data effectively, transitioning from analog records to a digital database, which is essential for their academic and professional careers.

Analytical Thinking: 
Intern will enhance their ability to analyze complex information and draw meaningful conclusions, honing their problem-solving skills in real-world scenarios.

Collaboration and Teamwork: 
Working closely with internal teams and external partners will improve candidates' interpersonal and communication skills, preparing them for collaborative environments in their future careers.

Technical Proficiency: 
Intern will gain hands-on experience with database management software and digital tools, enhancing their technical competencies and preparing them for roles

QUALIFICATIONS:

Masters student preferred.  M.S. (Materials/ Polymer/ Chemical Engineering), M.S. (Data Science)
