Marketing/Graphic Arts Student

Imperial House, a high rise with 196 condominium units, at 787 Ocean Avenue in Long Branch is looking for a self-starter, marketing/graphic arts student for a part time job for Summer 2025 . Hours are flexible.

At the end of the project, the successful candidate will have put together a professionally looking brochure that is ready to be used for advertising and promoting the Imperial House and its many amenities, including its pool, ocean front beach, fitness center, library, private meeting space and card room and an onsite full-service restaurant. Many of these amenities are currently in the process of being improved and beautified. The current renovation/beautification work will be largely completed before the start of the high summer season.

It is envisioned that the completed brochure will be full of photographs and text extolling the virtues of the facility and feature sample apartment units. The brochure will be used by the Imperial House to promote its apartments and common facilities and will be made available to the greater Long Branch Community and to Real Estate Agents. The successful candidate will be provided access to various portions of the building and will report to a member of the Board of the building's Condominium Association.

The successful candidate is expected to be a creative person with excellent language skills and be a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision. The completed brochure will be typo-free, error free, and read as though it were written by a Professional. Website editing skills are a plus.

Compensation is $16.00 an hour. You will be expected to complete the task before Labor Day 2025.
