Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Fulfillment Associate to join our team. This role involves managing the entire order fulfillment process, from picking and packing orders to handling inventory and customer communications. The ideal candidate is seeking long-term, part-time employment and is prepared to grow with our company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with receiving inventory and conducting quality control (QC).
• Fulfill orders by accurately picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment.
• Drop off packages at the building mailroom.
• Keep warehouse and office areas clean and organized.
• Handle inventory transfers.

Qualifications:

• Reliable character with the ability to commit long-term.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent computer skills; Shopify experience strongly preferred.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and be able to drive as needed.
• Ability to reliably commute to Downtown, CA 90013 or plan to relocate before starting work. (Required)
