SEO + Performance Media Intern
Collective Measures is currently seeking a full time Digital Marketing Intern for a digital marketing agency internship.
This position will provide a hybrid work experience through supporting both the Brand & Consumer Engagement team and Performance Media team. This internship provides a well-rounded, full digital marketing experience, including experience in SEO work, social media marketing, and paid search experience.
This position is available approximately June-October 2025 and offers an opportunity to convert into a full-time position with the agency.
_JOB DUTIES:
- Execute basic technical and content work, including keyword research, site crawls, page optimizations, etc.;
- Assist in managing organic social media initiatives, including, but not limited to community management, content calendar planning, publishing, social listening, reporting, etc.;
- Understand the impact of various technical SEO and content marketing tactics and requirements;
- Assist team members in creating and managing client projects;
- Participate in internal client team meetings, as needed;
- Assist in maintaining processes to optimize workflow and ensure timely delivery of projects to clients;
- Assist with internal department projects as needed.
- Research for and assist in creating and optimizing paid search and paid social campaigns
- Work alone or with teams to develop, implement, report on, and analyze PPC campaigns top to bottom across multiple websites and channels
- Summarize and communicate the status of all campaigns with appropriate internal contacts.
- Work with project manager to create and ensure timely delivery of project schedules
- Report developing search trends, tactics, and opportunities to internal team and clients, with occasional assistance in POV (Point of View) documents
- Work independently as well as with a team in a fast paced and goal-oriented environment
_REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Proficient knowledge of search engine optimization, social media, analytics and measurement tactics so as to be able to work with team members to complete projects;
- Willingness to learn and use Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, SearchForce, Skai, and Google Webmaster Tools. Any current certifications are a plus
- Self-starter approach to work, with a positive attitude, to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A data-driven, analytical approach to problem solving
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Excellent communication skills (in-person, phone, email, especially formal writing);
- Demonstrated ability to think on your feet, take initiative and work independently

_PAY TRANSPARENCY + INTERNSHIP BENEFITS:
The pay rate for internships at Collective Measures is $18 per hour. Benefits available to interns include:
