Summer Engineering Intern 2026
**This position is available in all Wright-Pierce office locations**
Wright-Pierce, an award-winning, multi-discipline environmental engineering firm specializing in water, wastewater, and civil infrastructure, is seeking motivated student interns within the fields of Civil, Environmental, Electrical, Instrumentation and/or Structural Engineering for our 2026 Summer Internship Program.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a variety of assignments from one of our divisions Water, Wastewater, Civil and Building Services (Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Control Systems, Instrumentation and Architectural engineers)
- Conduct in-office and field work
- Perform tasks independently while working closely with experienced engineers
- Prepare reports and studies
- Conduct engineering research and provide technical assistance
- Perform calculations
Essential Functions
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Personal organization and time management skills
- Able to build strong relationship with coworkers.
- Committed to continual learning
- Excellent attention to detail
Experience
- The ideal candidate will be a Junior or Senior
- Students working toward a BS in Civil, Environmental, Electrical Engineering (or related)
Education
- B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related
Location
