Summer Engineering Intern 2026

**This position is available in all Wright-Pierce office locations**

Wright-Pierce, an award-winning, multi-discipline environmental engineering firm specializing in water, wastewater, and civil infrastructure, is seeking motivated student interns within the fields of Civil, Environmental, Electrical, Instrumentation and/or Structural Engineering for our 2026 Summer Internship Program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a variety of assignments from one of our divisions Water, Wastewater, Civil and Building Services (Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Control Systems, Instrumentation and Architectural engineers)
• Conduct in-office and field work
• Perform tasks independently while working closely with experienced engineers
• Prepare reports and studies
• Conduct engineering research and provide technical assistance
• Perform calculations

Essential Functions

• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Personal organization and time management skills
• Able to build strong relationship with coworkers.
• Committed to continual learning
• Excellent attention to detail

Experience

• The ideal candidate will be a Junior or Senior
• Students working toward a BS in Civil, Environmental, Electrical Engineering (or related)

Education

• B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related

Location

• Candidates may be considered in any of our office locations.
