Digital Audience Growth & Engagement Strategist - Internship

 

Who We Are:  RevenueChasers LLC has multiple internship roles available, each of which are critical to launching a comprehensive e-learning platform as an extension of founder Michelle Page’s extensive expertise as a business growth coach for 16 years. 

 

The e-learning platform provides the essential and foundational knowledge, resources and tools $0-$5M revenue entrepreneurs need to launch and scale successful, sustainable businesses. 

 

Each role is a true internship role, offering experiential learning, mentorship and course credit if applicable.  

 

You will utilize your academic learning, strategic abilities and creative talent with hands-on, real-life learning opportunities with substantial contribution - perfect for aspiring entrepreneurs.

 

Marketing, Business, Communications and Entrepreneurship majors are highly encouraged to apply.

 

Role Impact: Play a key role defining objectives, evaluating performance, refining methods and executing success strategies for existing audio and video content on multiple podcast and subscriber platforms.

 

Leverage your strategic thinking, analytic skills and innovate ideas to create an encompassing strategy and unified brand presence to maximize audience growth and engagement.   

 

Expanding the reach of the Go Go GROW Business Coaching Podcast. is a key driver for the speed of launching and scaling the e-learning platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine our podcast growth strategy to increase audience and engagement
  • Analyze listener metrics and conduct market research to identify content opportunities
  • Recommend platform optimizations based on analytics and industry best practices
  • Create promotional content to increase subscriber growth across distribution channels

 

What You'll Learn:

  • Strategic audience development for digital content
  • Data-driven content optimization techniques
  • Podcast industry standards and platform management
  • Audience engagement tactics that drive measurable results

 

Ideal Candidate:

  • Communications, marketing or business students with interest in digital or social media
  • Regular podcast listener familiar with various podcast formats and platforms, particularly YouTube
  • Understanding of social media platforms and principles for cross-promotion
  • Basic understanding of analytics platforms and data interpretation

 

 

All Positions Include:

  • Remote work with weekly Zoom meetings for mentorship and project updates
  • Flexible schedule (minimum 10 hours per week)
