Summer Camp Program Specialist/Internship

Are you a jack of all trades? Part tech-savvy, Part party-planner? Join our program team at Camp Poyntelle for Summer 2025! Camp Poyntelle is looking for creative program creators and organized planners to join our summer staff of 150+ counselors from around the world. As a Program Specialist, you will help to create the daily schedule, sort the elective choices of campers, plan a variety of special events for children 6 through 17, and execute the set-up and production of said events and programs.  

Candidates should be energetic, creative, and reliable, with strong communication and organizational skills. Previous experience working with children and/or program writing is a plus. Program Staff must be able to work collaboratively with other team members, serve as positive role models, and be willing to be the first to jump into the lake. 

Preference to those that complete an application via our website (poyntelle.com). Paid position starts at $2,350 for a 9-week contract with the potential for more depending on experience. Room & Board provided. Up to $400 travel reimbursement and a $250 Refer-A-Friend bonus per individual referred/hired by camp.
