Content Creator Intern (Social Media) Remote

Role Overview:

Nat’s Patch is seeking a creative and motivated Content Creator Intern to help develop engaging short-form video content for our social media platforms. This is a hands-on role ideal for students or recent grads interested in content marketing, brand storytelling, and digital media. There is the opportunity for this to become a paid role.

As a content creator, you’ll be provided with a Nat’s Patch coloring book and basic supplies, and will be responsible for producing visually appealing video content of the coloring process. These videos will be used across our TikTok, Instagram, and other social channels. Creative direction and inspiration will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Film and edit short-form video content (e.g., TikToks, Reels) featuring Nat’s Patch coloring books
  • Analyze social media engagement metrics to identify top-performing content and optimize future posting strategies
  • Track and report weekly analytics across platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram) to inform data-driven content decisions
  • Interpret audience behavior through platform insights to improve reach, engagement, and conversion rates
  • Follow creative prompts and brand guidelines to ensure content consistency
  • Stay up to date with content trends relevant to coloring, art, and lifestyle niches
  • Assist with brainstorming new content ideas and marketing campaigns
  • Support with basic social media tasks, such as caption writing and engagement tracking

What We’re Looking For:

  • Between 3-5 social media posts per week
  • Strong interest in content creation, digital marketing, or social media
  • Familiarity with platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, TikTok, or similar tools)
  • Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines
  • Creative eye for detail, composition, and aesthetic
  • Comfortable being hands-on with creative materials and visuals

Bonus If You Have:

  • Experience managing a content-based social media account
  • A portfolio of previous content (school projects, personal accounts, etc.)
