About the Role
We're seeking a Growth Marketing Intern to join our team for a dynamic, hands-on learning experience. This internship is perfect for college seniors or recent graduates looking to launch their careers in marketing within the fintech space. You'll gain exposure to multiple aspects of growth marketing while contributing meaningfully to our campaigns and user acquisition efforts.
This internship provides a unique opportunity to learn growth marketing fundamentals in a fast-paced startup environment, with potential for conversion to a full-time role for exceptional performers.
What You'll Learn & Do
- Assist in running user acquisition campaigns across multiple digital channels
- Help track and measure key performance indicators for marketing campaigns
- Participate in A/B testing to optimize campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, and data analysts
- Gain hands-on experience with marketing analytics and performance measurement
- Develop skills in data-driven marketing decision making
Who We're Looking For
- Current college senior or recent graduate with a background in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related field
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Eager to learn and willing to take on various tasks with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Interest in fintech, consumer finance, or financial inclusion
- Experience with Excel/Google Sheets required; knowledge of SQL or other data analysis tools is a plus
