Position Overview:

Bomb Babes is seeking a creative, motivated Marketing Intern to help manage and grow our brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. This is a paid internship designed to help you build a real-world portfolio while earning college credit (pending school approval). You’ll work directly with the Founder & CEO to plan, create, and post content that reflects the Bomb Babes brand voice: bold, professional, playful, and unapologetically high-quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Create original content: short-form videos, photos, graphics, and written posts
  • Monitor trends and propose new ideas to keep content fresh and relevant
  • Write captions, create hashtags, and optimize posts for engagement
  • Track performance analytics and present monthly engagement reports
  • Assist with photo/video shoots and occasional event coverage (if local)

Qualifications:

  • Current college student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, Social Media Strategy, Business, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends
  • Creative eye for visuals, branding, and storytelling
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Familiarity with Canva, basic graphic design tools, or video editing apps preferred
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with feedback

Details:

  • Compensation: $12/hour
  • Time Commitment: 10–15 hours per week, flexible scheduling
  • Internship Length: Summer/Fall 2025 Semester (with potential to extend)
  • Location: Remote (Local candidates may attend occasional events/pop-ups)
  • College Credit: Available upon school approval
