Summer 2025 Film Development Internship

New Republic Pictures is seeking applicants for their Summer 2025 internship program. New Republic is a motion picture and television production and financing company founded by veteran producer Brian Oliver, the producer of such films as Top Gun 2, Rocketman, 1917, Black Swan, The Ides of March, The Woman in Black, Zodiac, Shutter Island, Rush, A Walk Among the Tombstones, Black Mass, Hacksaw Ridge, American Made, and more. Interns will work closely with development and production executives, reading incoming submissions, drafting coverage, compiling writer/director/talent lists and providing input on screenplay drafts. Candidates must be highly motivated and planning to pursue careers in film or television. Former interns have gone on to work at major entertainment companies including Paramount Pictures, Warner Brothers., CAA, WME, Alcon, Anonymous Content, Buzzfeed, and more.  If interested, please send your resume to mackenzie@newrepublicpictures.com with the subject line “NRP Summer Internship.”  This will be a remote internship for the time being.
