Student Assistant for OUWB Compass Center for Community Engagement and Diversity & Inclusion

The purpose of the student assistant is to support the day to day efforts of the offices. The student assistant will dual report to the Director of Service Learning and Director of Diversity and Inclusion.

The student assistant will:

*Support programs through creating sign-ups, managing volunteer lists, dispersing volunteer t-shirts, program set up, ordering supplies, etc.

*Support the staff in data collection efforts including creating an overall database of student volunteer hours in excel

*Work with the Medical Student as Educator by making copies, distributing packets, and repacking kits

*Help to maintain ongoing databases of Compass and Diversity programs and approved Compass mini-grants
