Responsibilities:

  • Refine and balance game mechanics, ensuring smooth and engaging gameplay experiences.
  • Edit and adjust in-game content, including level designs, difficulty scaling, and progression systems.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to fine-tune gameplay flow and user interaction.
  • Test and analyze game features, providing feedback for optimization and improvements.
  • Ensure consistency in pacing, mechanics, and in-game tutorials for an intuitive player experience.
  • Assist in scripting and implementing interactive elements within the game.

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of game design principles and player engagement strategies is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn game development tools like Unity, Unreal Engine, or proprietary game editors.
  • Ability to analyze player behavior and suggest data-driven gameplay improvements.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a passion for gaming.
  • Any previous experience in game design, level editing, or QA testing is a plus.
