Grassroots Fitness Project is home to Women’s Strength—a strength training program that’s all about helping women build confidence, community, and power through movement. We’ve been doing this for over 20 years—and we’re growing.
Now we’re looking for someone who’s not just looking for “a job”—but wants to be part of something meaningful. If you love strength training, believe in the power of women lifting together, and want to bring that energy to a digital space—we’d love to meet you.

🧠What You’ll Do
Help Build Our Community (Digitally + IRL)
Engage in group chats and subgroupsÂ
Keep convos alive with fun prompts, polls, spotlights, and challenges
Help make our community feel human and not like a bot
Support Our Content & Coaching Team
Upload/post workouts, check-ins, and resources into our app (EverFit)
Write/edit mini bios, class announcements, social captions, etc.
Keep things organized and on-brand
Think Creatively & Try New Ideas
Suggest Zoom events, Q&As, speaker sessions, or digital rituals
Bring your fresh Gen Z energy to our team—we want it!
