
Junior Architect – Archicad & Visualization

Description:
We are looking for a Junior Architect with strong Archicad and visualization skills to join our creative and collaborative team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about architectural design and can translate ideas into precise digital models and compelling visual presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design team in the development of architectural projects from concept through construction documentation.
- Produce high-quality drawings, diagrams, and visual materials using Archicad.
- Assist in 3D modeling, rendering, and design presentations.
- Participate in design meetings and help translate design concepts into drawings and models.
- Conduct research related to materials, codes, and design precedents.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience using Archicad in academic or professional settings (required).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop (preferred).
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Architecture or related field.
- Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles.
- Familiarity with other graphic tools such as Illustrator, InDesign, or Lumion.
- Experience with construction documents or site coordination is a plus.
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required.
- Spanish proficiency is preferred

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time, in-person position, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Salary:
Compensation will be based on experience and skill level and will be discussed during the interview process.
