Assistant

Kumon is an afterschool learning program for pre-K through high school students. We are looking for an encouraging individual who would like to work with children ranging from pre-K to tenth grade. 

Assistant needs to be comfortable working with young students (3-8 year olds)

The assistant will only work with 1-3 students at each scheduled time slots. Materials and lesson plans will be provided by the Kumon instructor with each time slot lasting approximately 30 minutes. Assistants will teach students how to count, add, sound out, blend and proper pen stroke for numbers and letters.

Experience is not required as training will be provided on the spot. 

This is a part time position. Class hours are approximately 2-6 PM on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
