Internship Position Summary
This is an excellent opportunity for future graduates with a strong interest in
growing their knowledge Cybersecurity and Cyber Threat Intelligence. As a Security
Intelligence Analyst, you will gain hands-on experience in Cybersecurity, Threat
Intelligence, and various adjacent technical skills. You will learn from experienced
professionals, and grow within a supportive environment.
Overview
The Security Intelligence Analyst will support the Senior Intelligence Analyst in conducting
cyber-threat intelligence and malware analysis, learning the methodologies and tools used
in the intelligence community. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual looking to
build a career in Cybersecurity intelligence, with a focus on mentorship and skill
development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Intelligence Analyst in gathering and analyzing cyber-threat
intelligence. - Support malware analysis and reporting activities.
- Help develop custom tools for gathering, analyzing, and presenting Cyber Threat
intelligence - Monitor open-source intelligence sources and threat actor activities.
- Collaborate with the senior team to identify trends and emerging threats.
- Participate in the preparation of intelligence reports and presentations
- Engage in training and development activities to enhance skill sets.
Qualifications
- Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong interest in cybersecurity and threat intelligence.
- Basic working knowledge of all major operating systems for desktops, mobile.
- Basic knowledge of cyber threats, malware, and security tools.
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in response to an ever changing CTI landscape.
