This on-site position is in located in our Juneau Headquarters Office, in beautiful downtown Juneau, Alaska. This position is not eligible for telework.
The Department of Commerce, Community and Economic Development, Division of Investments is recruiting for a Loan Closer/Processor 3 (PCN 089060). You will work in our Documents section and serve as the lead loan closer that will assist the supervisor with managing all loan closing activities. This section is responsible for processing essential paperwork that is required to make commercial fishing loans, small business loans, and other various commercial loans.
Duties include closing complex loan transactions, assist the supervisor with ensuring the accuracy of all loan documentation, assigning work to staff, training staff, and preparing reports to management on a routine basis.

As this is an on-site position and not eligible for telework, you will be working in our headquarters office located on the 9th floor of the State Office Building in beautiful downtown Juneau. You will enjoy a collaborative atmosphere in a fully resourced and modern office space, with splendid views of Mount Juneau and the Gastineau Channel.
The 9th floor, has a fully equipped and spacious break room, that you will have full access to, as well as easy access to various restaurants and coffee shops.
