About the Role:
Join our Child & Adolescent Group Services program, providing intensive group counseling for children aged 6 to 16. As a TBS Specialist, you'll assist licensed clinicians in delivering therapeutic interventions focused on coping skills, anger management, emotional identification, communication, and interpersonal development.

Key Responsibilities:

Support clients' emotional well-being and daily care needs.

Monitor and evaluate client progress, participating in treatment plan reviews.

Maintain structured environments, ensuring effective communication with guardians, school staff, and treatment teams.

Assist with client transportation and facilitate group activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.

Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Approval to transport clients in agency or personal vehicles.
