Behavioral Inclusion Facilitator - Papillion La Vista Community Schools - 2025-26 School Year
 

Description: Staff member is responsible for advocating for inclusive practices and providing staff development and direct services that enhance inclusion opportunities for children with significant behavioral challenges. Staff is responsible for coordinating district and community behavioral services.

Qualifications: Masters Degree with coursework in administration preferred. Nebraska Department of Education certification or licensure required; SpEd Endorsement, School Psychology or Social Work Licensure preferred.  Minimum of 3 years in a related field.

Salary: The school district pays based on a Negotiated Pay Scale determined by degree and years of experience.

Benefits: PLCS pays 100% of the healthcare premium for employee only PPO insurance plans and all high deductible plans. PLCS pays 93% of the premium for all other PPO plans. Through the Nebraska School Employees Retirement System 9.78% of the gross salary is deposited into a retirement account. The District matches the contribution at the rate of 101%.
