ABA Therapist -entry level

AKABA LLC. is currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic professionals to join us as ABA Therapists or Behavior Techs! 

ABA Therapists or Behavior Techs work 1 to 1 to help provide ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services in the home, community, and at the AKABA center to clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders. They work under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and with families to implement skill programs and behavior support plans that help clients reach individualized and signifiant milestones.

Position pays between $20-25 per hour. Currently hiring for Worcester area.

We provide on-going training and certifications to help further your career to equip you in the field and beyond!

Qualifications: 

Applicants should enjoy working with children.

Applicants should have reliable and private vehicle available for travel with clients (if needed).

Knowledge of and experience with Applied Behavior Analysis is a plus, but not a requirement.

*Please note: This is a regular, year-round position.

Hours: ABA Techs run sessions with their client(s)n usually on weekdays during after school hours (between 2:30-8:00 pm). However, schedules are flexible and set based on availability and client assignment. Weekend shifts may also be available.
