Social Worker/Human Services Caseworker

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and self-motivated Social Worker/Human Services Caseworker to join our team in serving Putnam County residents, age 60 and better.  We will consider candidates looking for full-time (40 hrs./week) or part-time (24 hrs./week) position.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing clients’ needs, connecting individuals & families with community resources, completing applications for assistance, collaborating with other professionals, coordinating & attending outreach events, & more. Requirements: 2 or 4- year degree in Human Services field.  A Licensed Social Worker is preferred, but we will consider related fields.  Candidates must have strong communication, organizational, & interpersonal skills, ability to work independently & as a part of a team, familiarity with community resources & social service systems.
