Content Marketing Specialist

This role will be fully onsite at our Irving, TX, office Monday - Friday. 

Job Overview: 

We’re looking for a creative, execution-focused digital marketer to join our fast-moving, content-first marketing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on producing content, growing digital audiences, and bringing bold ideas to life.

What You’ll Do

Social Media Growth & Content Creation

  • Own day-to-day execution across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels.
  • Develop and schedule engaging content that builds brand awareness and community.
  • Focus on growing and engaging our LinkedIn following through fresh content, creative visuals, and audience-driven strategy.
  • Collaborate on campaign visuals, messaging, and themes with the content and creative teams.

Email Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Build and send newsletters, product updates, and event promotions.
  • Execute segmented email campaigns using HubSpot.
  • Track performance and iterate based on engagement metrics.

Digital Campaign Support

  • Help run integrated campaigns across web, email, and social media.
  • Create and manage landing pages, social graphics, and marketing assets.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all content and touchpoints.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation (internships and freelance work count).
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a marketing channel, including how to grow an audience and drive engagement.
  • Background or passion in graphic design—experience with Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite preferred.
  • Ability to write, design, and deliver content across multiple channels.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other email marketing/CRM systems.
  • Comfort using AI tools to speed up content production and campaign execution.
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
