About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced software developer to join our team and help build out our cutting-edge legal case management CRM software, Filevine, along with its integrated client portal. This role combines technical expertise with an understanding of legal workflows to create powerful tools that transform how legal professionals manage cases and communicate with clients.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Design, develop, and maintain core components of the Filevine CRM platform

Build and enhance the client portal interface for seamless client communication

Implement secure document management and exchange functionality

Create customizable workflow automation tools specific to legal processes

Develop reporting and analytics features for case management insights

 

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

 

3+ years experience in full-stack web development

Strong proficiency in front-end technologies

Experience with back-end technologies

Knowledge of database design and management

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

Experience developing software for the legal industry

Knowledge of case management or CRM systems

Understanding of legal workflows and terminology

Experience with cloud services

Familiarity with agile development methodologies

Experience building user-facing portals or client interfaces

Knowledge of compliance requirements for legal software

Experience with automated testing frameworks

Understanding of accessibility standards
