A leading SaaS company helping organizations simplify revenue lifecycle management is looking for a Cross-Sell Demand Gen & Field Marketing Manager to drive marketing strategy and execution across regional enterprise teams. This is a fully remote role based in the U.S., offering a high-impact opportunity to shape go-to-market strategies, support sales growth, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced B2B environment.

๐ŸŽฏ Role:

๐Ÿ“ Collaborate with AMER sales and marketing leadership to activate global GTM plays and support enterprise growth

๐Ÿค Serve as a key liaison between Sales and Marketing, aligning marketing priorities with regional business goals

๐Ÿ“ˆ Plan and execute integrated campaigns and field marketing programs tailored to local needs

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Use data insights and feedback from the field to refine programs and optimize pipeline performance

๐Ÿง  Partner with product marketing, demand gen, business development, and operations to deliver cohesive marketing experiences

๐Ÿ“Š Manage reporting and campaign performance metrics to drive improvements and share learnings

๐Ÿ’ก Leverage ABM platforms, marketing automation tools, gifting platforms, and CRM for seamless execution

โœ… Requirements:

๐Ÿ“† 4โ€“6 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, ABM, or field marketing

๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with sales teams

๐Ÿงฉ Strategic thinker with strong tactical execution skills

๐Ÿงฎ Data-driven mindset with experience using marketing analytics to optimize performance

โš™๏ธ Familiar with platforms like Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and similar tools
