A mission-driven digital health company is seeking a CRM Lifecycle Marketing Manager with deep expertise in Braze to lead multichannel campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app. This fully remote position is ideal for a lifecycle marketer who blends technical know-how with creative strategy to drive real-time engagement and meaningful user journeys.
π§© Role:
βοΈ Own end-to-end campaign execution across email, SMS, push notifications, and more
βοΈ Build automated and API/webhook-triggered customer journeys
π§ Use Braze features like liquid logic & dynamic content for advanced personalization
π Analyze campaign KPIs (opens, CTR, conversions) and optimize performance
π§βπΌ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align campaigns with business goals
π Maintain campaign calendar and manage intake processes
π§ͺ Lead rigorous A/B testing and QA to ensure flawless delivery
π§ Troubleshoot issues in partnership with Engineering, Product, and Data teams
π¬ Support knowledge sharing around Braze best practices internally
β Requirements:
π§ͺ 5+ years hands-on with Braze managing multichannel marketing campaigns
π Strong technical chops with experience in API/webhook integrations
π Proficient in personalization and segmentation using Braze tools
π Data-first mindset with proven A/B testing and optimization skills
π€ Experience collaborating cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
π§ Attention to detail and QA for high-precision campaign execution
π£οΈ Strong communicator, able to translate technical into clear, actionable plans
π§± Familiarity with HTML/CSS and digital marketing systems is a plus
